Coronavirus: communication to Peritech-supported schools (19/03/20)

The following information is being communicated to schools via emails and the Peritech Logbook who have a Peritech with IBS Schools.

We are writing to you to see how you would like us to continue to provide Peritech support during the period of enforced school closure due to COVID-19. There are a number of options available to you, please let us know which you would prefer:

If school is accessible (please provide us with contact details if we need to make any alternative arrangements for access):

• If your Peritech is not self-isolating and not at-risk, we can visit as normal.
  
  
• If your Peritech is self-isolating or at-risk, your Peritech can give a 3 hour visit remotely.
  
  
• If your Peritech is self-isolating or at-risk, and an on-site visit is urgently required then please to let us know and we will try and accommodate this with a different Peritech (may well be at a different time).

If no access to the school is possible:

• We can complete a remote Peritech visit, which will allow us to carry out a proportion of the work you have. Please continue to log jobs in the Online Logbook in the normal way, preferably with some contact details. We will also continue to carry out any maintenance to your servers and networks as normal.
